EFFIGY

In the United Kingdom, the 5th of November is celebrated as Bonfire Night, also known as Guy Fawkes Night. This is traditionally celebrated with a huge bonfire, burning the effigy of Guy Fawkes, eating Jacket Potatoes and setting off fireworks.

So In commemoration of this:

The Word of the Day is Effigy.
