When I typed in “stupify, autocorrect kept changing it to “stupefy,” and when I changed it back to “stupify,” it got the squiggly red dots underneath it.

Usually a good sign, although I have a had a few times WP wanted to correct a perfectly correct word (like kakorrhaphiophobia to kakorrhaphiophobic). Looking it up, stupefy does seem to be the correct spelling even though there was a super popular song with it as stupify that has seemed to muddle the waters. 🙂
