Today’s Word of the day is Ballyhoo.
This word is the contribution of our co-administrator of the Word of the Day Challenge blog, Cheryl, from The Bag Lady. Please take a minute to visit her blog if you don’t already follow this amazing Lady!
If you want to participate, create a pingback to link your post. Not sure how to do that? See how to create pingbacks here. Please note that for the prompts that I publish, the comment box will now remain open for people who experience trouble with pingbacks. However, I won’t guarantee a quick response to actual comments, that would be left here. If you have questions, or ideas you’d like to submit, please use our “contact” page.

The Word of the Day for Friday was BALLYHOO,
It’s probably a word that people imagine English people use all the time but I can honestly say, i’ve never heard it used in everyday conversation except in old films/movies.
I hope you enjoy using this word in a story or a poem.
